Data controller

Punavia S.A.C., taxpayer ID (RUC) 20616491181, with registered address at Av. Aramburú 878, Surquillo, Lima, Peru, is responsible for processing the data you send us through this website’s contact form. You can write to us at contacto@punavia.com.

What data we collect

Name, company, work email, phone and operation stage (the last two are optional) and the message you write.

We do not request sensitive data. Please do not include health information or other people’s data in your message.

How we use it

To respond to your request, arrange a meeting and follow up on that conversation. We do not use your data to send advertising, nor do we share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to contacto@punavia.com.

Service providers and international transfer

To receive messages we use Formspree, a service with servers in the United States, and our email service. These providers process the data on Punavia’s behalf and only to provide the service. By submitting the form, you consent to this international transfer.

Retention period

We keep your data for as long as needed to respond to your request and any business relationship arising from it. We then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection, and the other rights provided under Peru’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733) and its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS, by writing to contacto@punavia.com with the subject “Data protection”. We will respond within the time limits set by the regulations.

If you consider that your request was not addressed, you may contact Peru’s National Authority for Personal Data Protection at the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.

Security and cookies

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data and limit access to the team that handles requests.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add a visit-measurement tool, we will update this notice.
