“We have commitments with several communities and one person to deliver them.”
Your community relations lead negotiates, handles grievances, reports… and also has to deliver.
The operating arm of social performance at altitude
We design, operate and measure health, education and sports programs for the communities around mining projects, from exploration to operation.
Sound familiar?
Every operation has different needs and commitments. We start from that reality to design a deliverable program, with clear owners, timelines and indicators.
Your community relations lead negotiates, handles grievances, reports… and also has to deliver.
Each field season depends on the relationship, and one-off activities are quickly forgotten.
The investment in the community is there, but it is hard to demonstrate with verifiable indicators.
Commitments increase with the operation, and the team needs additional capacity to deliver them.

Let's talkHow we work
Punavia does not replace your community relations team: it takes on the operational load of the agreed programs. The community receives a steady service that your company makes possible.
Your company keeps
Punavia delivers
One coordination point.
One territorial plan.
One tracking and evidence system.
Punavia is responsible for the commitments and activities within the contracted scope. The contracting arrangement is defined for each project.
How we start
We start with a scope that fits your operation’s needs and grow as results are demonstrated.
We talk with your team about needs, commitments and available capacity. If needed, we propose a diagnosis.
We turn those priorities into a deliverable program, with clear owners, timelines and indicators.
We operate on the ground with partner IPRESS, educational institutions and specialists.
We record every activity and consolidate the indicators in a monthly report in English and Spanish.
With results in hand, your company decides whether to add commitments, communities or pillars.
Your social investment stops being a list of activities and becomes commitments met that you can demonstrate.
Our purpose
“That living at altitude should never limit anyone’s health, education or opportunities.”
Punavia Community
Health, education and sports are the means through which we deliver your programs. Each pillar can start with a short diagnosis when one is needed, or directly from a need your company has already identified.
HealthCommunity care and follow-upMedical care, screenings and continuous follow-up in the community, delivered under a partner IPRESS.
Medical care and screenings in the community during a short intervention. Delivers the health profile and priorities of the territory.
Programs
EducationEmployability and job skillsTraining in technical, digital, administrative and workplace skills, based on your operation’s needs and delivered with partner educational institutions.
We define the job profiles and required training with your company. No school Baseline is required.
Programs
SportsParticipation, integration and developmentSustained sports activity for children and young people, with schools, competitions and community integration.
Diagnosis and activities in five disciplines for children and young people. Delivers a skills map and the program structure.
Programs
Together with occupational physicians, we are developing tools to track the health of workers and critical staff at altitude: hypoxia, fatigue and respiratory health. It is a complementary line, currently in development, coordinated with Occupational Health and Safety.
Let's talk about occupational healthPunavia Impact
From the design of each program we define what is recorded, how it is measured and how it is reported. That way, a single intervention produces indicators useful to Community Relations, Sustainability, ESG and HSE.
Level 1
What was done: care encounters, training sessions, practices and field days, each with its means of verification.
Level 2
What was achieved with participants: cases referred and closed, skills assessed, sustained attendance.
Level 3
Changes attributable to the program over time. Reported only when a baseline and a methodology allow it.

Path of each commitment
This is the proposed format. The monthly report is delivered from the first month; the digital dashboard version is developed and configured together with your team.
Each commitment in scope with its status (met, in progress or pending) and the evidence that backs it.
Ready for your management, head office, investors and dialogue roundtables.
Indicators related to SDGs 3, 4, 5, 8, 10 and 17, with means of verification for each intervention. This alignment guides the report; it is not an impact certification.
Your company receives aggregated information. Individual clinical information remains the responsibility and in the custody of the relevant IPRESS, in line with personal data protection regulations.
Why Punavia
None of these capabilities is unique on its own. The value lies in combining them at altitude, under a single coordination point and with verifiable evidence.
Each pillar is backed technically by an allied specialist with a proven track record in occupational health, higher education, or sports and social management.
Territorial planning, logistics, resource coordination and supplier management to reach remote high-Andean communities.
Clinical care is delivered under a partner IPRESS and training with licensed educational institutions, which issue their own certifications. Punavia plans, coordinates and tracks.
Records, indicators and reports are defined before work starts, not at the end. The sample monthly report shows the format your company would receive.
Allied specialists
Punavia operates with a network of allied specialists bringing verifiable experience in occupational health, higher education, and sports and social management.

Smart financing
Direct investment
Health, education and sports. Agreements tailored to your commitments: a focused initial plan, a program or an annual agreement, with deliverables and evidence included.
Public funds and scholarships
Co-financed vocational training. Peruvian regulation channels part of the profits of certain sectors into training funds. Punavia identifies the applicable mechanisms and structures programs to make applying for them easier.
Access to funds, scholarships and co-financing mechanisms depends on each call for proposals and its terms.
We prioritize clinical staff, teachers and suppliers from the area of influence itself. In this sector, local content is not a talking point: it is verified, audited and valued.
